TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

1.4. If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product.
1.5. Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order.

2.2. Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
3. Your rights to make changes
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible.
4. Our rights to make changes
4.1. Minor changes to the products. We may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
4.2. More significant changes. We may make changes to these terms or the product, but if we do so, we will notify you and you may contact us to end the Contract before the changes take effect.

5. Providing the products
5.1. Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
5.2. When we will provide the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.
5.3. Delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible.
5.4. Collection by you. If you have asked to collect the products from a collection depot, you will be notified of business hours.
5.5. If you are not at home when the product is delivered. We will leave you a note with instructions to rearrange delivery.
5.6. If you do not re-arrange delivery. We may charge storage or re-delivery fees if you fail to collect or rearrange delivery.
5.7. Your legal rights if we deliver goods late. You may treat the Contract as ended if:
We have refused delivery; Delivery within the deadline was essential; or You told us before ordering that delivery within the deadline was essential.
5.8. Setting a new deadline. You may set a new reasonable deadline for delivery.
6. Refunds and your rights to end the Contract
6.1. Dissatisfaction with products. If you are dissatisfied with any product, we will refund the cost (less shipping and handling). Refund requests must be made within 14 days of shipment.
6.2. Ending the Contract. Your rights depend on what you bought, whether there is anything wrong, and when you end the Agreement.
6.3. Ending because of something we have done. You may end the Contract if:
We have told you about a change you disagree with; There’s an error in price or description; Supply is significantly delayed; We suspend supply for more than 2 months; or We have done something wrong.
6.4. When you don’t have the right to change your mind. You cannot return products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
6.6. How long you have to change your mind. You have 14 days after receiving your goods (or the last delivery if multiple shipments).
7. How to end the Contract with us
7.1. Tell us you want to end the Contract. You can: Cancel on your account page; or Write to us at [email protected], providing your name, address, order details, and contact info.
8. Price and payment
8.1. Product price. The price will be as shown on the order page. Taxes and fees (including VAT) are displayed at checkout.
8.2. Pricing errors. If we discover a pricing mistake, we will contact you for instructions before accepting your order.
8.3. Invoice disputes. If you think an invoice is wrong, contact us promptly. No interest is charged until the issue is resolved.
9. Our responsibility for loss or damage
9.1. Foreseeable loss and damage. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure to comply with the Contract or use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.
